How It Works - ATS
The Job List page provides information about each job you have posted, and has links to the full job detail, as well as several job-related funtions. The applicants for each job are automatically grouped into folders with links to view them.
The Prospect List page displays basic information about the applicants you chose to view. It includes basic contact info, as well as Filter score and any comments or actions taken. Duplicate applicants are automatically marked.
Prospect List Sorted by Score
The Prospect List has been sorted by filter score to easily identify the best candidates. If the score is red, the applicant did not acheive the minimum score to qualify or failed an Instant Knockout question. You can click on any applicant to go to the Prospect Detail page.
Prospect Detail: Basic Info
The first section of the Prospect Detail page shows detailed information about the applicant, including contact information, previous employment, Filter score, source, etc. It is also where you add Actions or Comments to an applicant.
Prospect Detail: Text Resume
The next section of the Prospect Detail page provides even more detail about the applicant. The first item is the seachable text version of their resume. The system also allows the applicant to upload a formatted resume file.
Prospect Detail: Cover Letter
The second item is the Cover Letter provided by the applicant. This item is optional.
Prospect Detail: Filter
This item displays the details of the applicant's response to the Filter questions. It includes the question, the answer provided, the points earned for each answer, the comments made by the applicant, and the total score. Pass or Fail is indicated if applicable.
Prospect Detail: Activity
This item is a list of all actions taken for the applicant. It includes the type of action, any notes associated with the action, as well as the user who added the action and when.
Prospect Detail: Files and Additional Info
The last section of the Prospect Detail page show a list of any files uploaded for the applicant, as well as additional information such as a history of all users who have viewed the applicant.
The Joboroo ATS provides tracking of all actions taken for an applicant. You can flag applicants for review, forward the applicant's resume and other information to the Hiring Manager via email, as well as add Conversations, Phones Screens, Interviews, Offers, etc. You may also mark an applicant as Done if they are not a viable candidate.
Forwarding the applicant's resume and other detailed information to the Hiring Manager or other interested parties is a common Action. Enter the email address(es) to send to and any message you would like included with the resume.
Prospect List Updated
When you are finished working with the applicant, you can click Next Prospect to see the next applicant in the list, or you can go back to the Prospect List. Any comments you made or actions taken will now be displayed in the list. The stage column shows you what actions have been taken - forwarding a resume is indicated by the letter F. You may also choose to hide applicants marked as Done.
