How It Works - Posting
Step 1: Basics
The first step is to enter some basic information about your job. If the position is confidential, click the Confidential checkbox. This will hide your company name from applicants.
Step 2a: Boards
The next step is to choose the boards you want to post your job to. The total cost of your postings is calculated and displayed for you.
Step 2b: Board Options
Different boards ask different questions and require different information. Joboroo collects all of the information for the boards you have selected in one simple page within the Joboroo system. This is the power and convenience of EasyPost.
Step 3: Description
This is the last step where you enter information about the job. The Posting Title is the title as you would like it to appear on the job boards. Joboroo supports both text and HTML descriptions.
Step 4: Filter (Optional)
Joboroo includes a very sophisticated and powerful applicant filtering tool. When you post your job, you may initially define up to 3 Instant Knockout questions, which will automatically mark any applicant as unqualified if they answer 'No'. After you finish posting your job, you will have the option of creating a more advanced filter.
Step 5: Payment
Enter your credit card information, agree to the posting Terms and Conditions, and you are done.
