The Role

Jumpstart Automotive Group is hiring a Senior Web Analytics professional who will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that web analytics and consumer insights come to life in support of our sales and marketing efforts. This person will be an expert in telling a story with meaningful analysis and rich data. This person delivers on Jumpstart's core values of leveraging inquisitive and analytical minds in all that we do.

Under general supervision, this position exists to assist the organization in making strategic data-related decisions by analyzing, manipulating, tracking, internally managing, and reporting data.

Primary Responsibilities:

» Delivering business-critical insights from web analytics data
» Assessing, enhancing, and managing current analytics implementations while establishing and maintaining standard reporting
» Providing report testing, creating and presenting measurement strategies and analyses according to specific company or client requirements/goals
» Building, testing, and implementing reports with accurate, easy to read, useful information that satisfies company and client needs
» Acting as subject matter expert on all data structures, methodologies, and reporting that we perform in-house or license from a third-party
» Designing research plans for qualitative and quantitative studies
» Ensuring that quality and timeliness of measurement deliverables meet company and client expectations
» Defining best practices of web analytics implementation across websites, while working closely with power users and business stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy
» Working closely with Marketing team members to communicate complex analysis and visualization needs
» Ensuring that our organization is able to effectively connect our web analytics platform/s to any desired data source and serve as the subject matter expert on these connections
» Facilitating the integrations of any and all such data integrations

Required Skills and Experience:

» Expert in web analytics implementations, integration, and reporting (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, Coremetrics, etc.)
» 3-5 years experience with SAS (SAS BI Tools), R, or SPSS
» Experience with SQL or similar query language, macros and statistical procedures in SAS
» Experience using DoubleClick (DART) and AtlasDMT ad-serving technologies and supporting analytical tools a plus
» Full understanding of online syndicated research tools and methodologies such as comScore, Nielsen, etc.
» Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives
» Must be able to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
» Excellent presentation and report writing skills
» Advanced computer skills required (MS Excel)
» Knowledge of digital marketing and automotive industry
» Bachelors degree or higher in a quantitative, business, marketing or consumer research discipline (Statistics, Data Mining, Economics, Marketing, Marketing Research, etc.)
